As the HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting a broad range of HR generalist activities, including onboarding, engagement, performance, development, and HR operations. You'll act as the first point of contact for employee queries and be instrumental in supporting the People & Culture plan through hands-on delivery and coordination across various HR initiatives.

This role is based at Youfoodz Customer Facility in Karawatha, Brisbane and reports to the People Operations Lead.

**You will**
- Manage the HR inbox as the first point of contact for employee queries
- Maintain and update employee records and HR data with accuracy
- Support the implementation of key HR initiatives and projects
- Assist across all HR sub-functions including onboarding, learning & development, performance, and engagement
- Partner with Payroll, Workforce Planning, and WHS to support compliance and process improvements
- Provide general HR administrative support including reporting and documentation
- Assist with system updates and implementation (e.g., Workday)
- Perform other duties as required to support the People & Culture team

**You have**
- A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business (preferred)
- At least 1-2 years' experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing
- Exposure to a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, L&D, ER/IR, and WHS
- Experience using HRIS platforms (Workday desirable)
