Job Title: HR Generalist Specialist

 

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a key advisor in our human resources team. As an HR Generalist Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational change.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters.

- Support leaders in managing non-work-related injuries and return-to-work processes.

- Manage employee relations caseloads, including disciplinary and grievance cases.

- Coach and support leaders on performance management and people development.

 

Requirements:

- Degree qualifications in Human Resource Management are desirable.

- 2-5 years of experience as a Human Resource Advisor (generalist HR background ideal).

- Strong working knowledge of employee relations, award interpretation, and HR legislation.

- Confidence in managing day-to-day HR queries alongside more complex advisory work.
