Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR generalist to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with senior leadership to resolve complex people situations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR advice and coaching to employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Manage issues and investigations, including implementing solutions to resolve conflict and underperformance issues.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practice HR policies and procedures.
  • Develop contemporary HR solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with Fair Work Australia industrial relations laws and regulations.
  • Experience in using HRIS and CRM software is an advantage.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or relevant tertiary qualifications in human resource.
  • Relevant experience in HR, preferably in a disability, health, or aged care environment.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
