HR Generalist Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive HR professional to partner with leaders and provide tailored support across the organisation.
This role will work closely with the HR Business Partner to deliver end-to-end recruitment, enhance employee development, and drive key initiatives. You will be contributing to improving systems and fostering a workplace culture that promotes inclusivity, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with leaders to align HR strategies with team objectives.
- Coordinate the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Offer guidance to leaders on performance management and employee growth.
- Provide interpretation of awards, enterprise agreements, and the industrial landscape.
- Support investigations, HR system enhancements, and change management efforts.
About This Role:
We are looking for a service-driven professional with 5+ years generalist HR experience and tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
This role requires someone with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
Prior industry experience working within mining or engineering would be highly advantageous.
