Lead Cultural Transformation

The Townsville Hospital and Health Service seeks an experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive cultural transformation strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for cultural transformation, aligning with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver targeted interventions, leveraging Human Synergistics Frameworks where applicable.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to communicate vision, engage employees, and drive behaviour change.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in organisational development, leadership, and change management.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in organisational development, human resource management, organisational behaviour, psychology, or related fields.
  • Advanced studies in leadership, change management, or organisational behaviour are highly valued.
  • A relevant master's qualification is desirable.
  • Proven ability to design, lead, and implement cultural change strategies in large, complex organisations, preferably in healthcare, with a focus on transformative outcomes.
  • Success in developing staff engagement strategies, coaching, and mentoring frameworks that improve morale, retention, and performance.
  • Senior leadership experience with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders, including preparing board papers and engaging with senior management.
