Job Title: Health Transformation Leader

The role of the Health Transformation Leader is to provide strategic leadership, advice and direction on research translation into practice and digital transformation issues that impact allied health workforce. This position will require a strong leader who can drive and deliver state-wide strategic priorities, build high-level partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, and oversee the implementation of statewide allied health research and digital transformation initiatives.

This position requires a formal qualification in an eligible Health Practitioner profession from a recognised tertiary institution which will permit registration with the relevant professional registration board or eligibility for membership/accreditation with a professional association. The successful candidate will have proven experience in leading research and digital transformation initiatives, strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, and ability to manage complex contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of research and digital transformation strategies that align with organisational priorities.
  • Provide expert advice on research and digital transformation matters to senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Manage complex projects and contracts to deliver research and digital transformation outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Formal qualification in an eligible Health Practitioner profession.
  • Registration with the relevant professional registration board or eligibility for membership/accreditation with a professional association.
  • Proven experience in leading research and digital transformation initiatives.
