About Us

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our cultural transformation strategy. This role will be instrumental in driving positive change within our organisation.

The Director of Staff Engagement and Cultural Transformation will oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive cultural transformation plan. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to design, lead and implement cultural change strategies that promote transformative outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior leader who has a proven track record in staff engagement, coaching and mentoring. You will have experience in developing frameworks that improve morale, retention and performance.

As part of this role, you will also be responsible for engaging and influencing stakeholders, including preparing board papers and collaborating with senior management.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in organisational development, human resource management or related field.
  • Advanced studies in leadership, change management or organisational behaviour.
  • Relevant master's qualification.
  • Experience with Human Synergistics Frameworks.
  • Proven ability to design, lead and implement cultural change strategies in large, complex organisations.
  • Success in developing staff engagement strategies, coaching and mentoring frameworks.
