Operational Transformation Leader

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead operational transformation initiatives across our aviation division.

  • Our ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or business transformation roles.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills for executive engagement, and stakeholder management experience across technical and operational teams.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead the design and execution of transformation initiatives that deliver measurable value.
  2. Guide initiatives through the transformation lifecycle.
  3. Track progress using dashboards and enforce review cadences.
  4. Contribute to the development of the transformation roadmap by defining initiatives.
  5. Support workshops and document value hypotheses.
  6. Assist in transitioning initiatives into operational delivery.
  7. Monitor post-handoff traction and escalate risks.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Economics, Commerce, Mathematics/Statistics, Aviation, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills to synthesize data into insights.
  • Excellent communication skills for executive engagement.
  • Stakeholder management experience across technical and operational teams.
  • Experience delivering initiatives in operational environments.
  • Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for benefit modeling.
  • Familiarity with industrial economics concepts is advantageous.
