Job Title: Transformational Leader

Overview: As a Transformational Leader, you will be responsible for leading multiple programs to deliver targeted outcomes and benefits. Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you will oversee the full program life cycle, from design through to embedding outcomes, while applying best practice governance and program management.

Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple aligned programs to deliver targeted outcomes and benefits. Report to the Head of Transformation – Technology Service Delivery (Portfolio Lead). Apply best practice project and program management approaches in line with corporate governance. Oversee programs and projects through the full lifecycle, from design through to embedding outcomes. Support Program Managers to build and maintain high-performing and accountable teams. Ensure strong delivery standards across safety, environmental, WHS, risk and compliance.

What You Will Bring: Minimum 15 years' experience leading large, diverse teams in complex, mission-critical environments. Recognised program/project management certification. Proven track record delivering large-scale programs in senior leadership roles. Strong ability to build organisational capability, drive transformation, and foster collaboration. Experience managing contractors and delivery partners to achieve program outcomes. Demonstrated values-based leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management.

Requirements: Be an Australian Citizen. Be able to achieve and maintain an Australian Government National Security Clearance at the required level.
