We seek a seasoned professional to spearhead business improvement initiatives across processing and operational projects.

About the Role:
  • This leader will design and implement comprehensive business improvement plans, aligning them with strategic objectives and industry trends.
  • Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and promoting innovation through technology adoption.
  • This role demands exceptional communication skills, expertise in data science/analytics, and experience in developing and implementing business improvement frameworks.
  • A strong track record in Six Sigma, Lean, and Agile methodologies is essential, along with a proven ability to drive results through process improvements.
  • The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in driving business transformation, with a deep understanding of operational excellence principles and industry best practices.
About You:
  • You must possess excellent communication skills, hold an Engineering, Financial, or Commercial tertiary education, and have advanced data science/analytics expertise.
  • An MBA would be advantageous in this role.
  • This position requires collaboration, creativity, and a passion for driving business growth through operational excellence.
Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with digital and technical teams to embed technology into business improvement initiatives.
