Salary: We offer an attractive salary package of around $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

As a Commercial Administrator at Visy, you will play a critical role in managing pricing, rates, and customer & vendor information. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of essential data, including products, customers, locations, and codes. This role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach, as you will work closely with sales, design and operations teams to achieve quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process pricing quotes accurately and efficiently.
  • Administer price increases in the system and ensure all pricing inputs are completed accurately and on time.
  • Assist with pricing inquiries and handle price list requests.
  • Populate customer information required to prepare contract documents.
  • Upload contract information into the system via VRM (Salesforce).
  • Generate pricing exceptions reports and take corrective actions.
  • Maintain pricing calculators for agreed rates customers.
  • Assist in preparing process manuals to document key department processes.
  • Liaise and assist other service departments when needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar commercial administrator/commercial pricing role in a manufacturing/corporate environment.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
