Overview

The Apex Group was established in Bermuda in 2003 and is now one of the world's largest fund administration and middle office solutions providers. Our business is global, servicing locally across 112 offices with approximately 13,000 employees. This role is for a Senior Client Relationship Manager based in Sydney.

Description

This role will be the main point of contact for all client queries and will coordinate internal stakeholders to resolve queries with the highest level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Be the dedicated point of contact and proactively manage client relationships as a trusted advisor, driving resolution of issues
  • Participate in incident, problem, and change request fulfilment; advocate for the client in resolutions
  • Develop, implement, and monitor key account service level agreements (SLA) for assigned clients
  • Action requests from clients and coordinate internal stakeholders to resolve queries
  • Prepare client reporting on a monthly/quarterly basis as required
  • Assist with coordinating new product onboarding for existing and new clients
  • Regularly contact clients to identify needs and ensure satisfaction; lead face-to-face meetings with assigned clients
  • Champion service offerings and capability among existing clients
  • Act as a leader and mentor to junior staff within the CRM team
  • Maintain CRM system (Salesforce) to enable efficient communication with clients
  • Identify and pursue revenue growth opportunities through cross-sell/up-sell and contract reviews
  • Provide regular reports to internal teams on new/existing funds as they are known
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Business or Finance-related discipline
  • 4+ years in a client relationship management role
  • 5+ years' experience in funds administration, funds management, or custodianship
  • At least 8+ years' experience in a corporate environment
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite
