About the Role

This role leads and manages the delivery of marketing and business development strategies in the Consulting Solutions (CS) Line of Business to achieve market leading brand, share and relationships in the firm's chosen markets and industries.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the CS Line of Business (LOB), working collaboratively with senior leaders to develop and implement integrated marketing and business development plans.
  • Support Partners to assess sales opportunities, value propositions and formulate client responses.
  • Provide leadership, coaching and feedback to team members, building a high performance culture.
  • Collaborate with internal and external networks to build trusted relationships.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership role in business development/marketing, preferably within a top tier professional services environment.
  • Qualification in marketing, commerce, communications or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record successfully identifying and delivering on business development opportunities.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is AU$150,000-AU$180,000 depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible working options, free gym membership and a range of social, financial and health benefits.
