Front of House Team Member

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as casual staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences with a positive attitude and excellent service skills.
  • Drive sales on every shift through effective upselling, product knowledge, and proactive guest engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily goals and challenges.
  • Take pride in maintaining a well-stocked and clean venue at all times.
  • Be trained in multiple areas, including behind the bar, reception, and function running.
  • Fully comply with safety and compliance procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • Availability to start immediately and flexibility to work varied shifts.
  • Basic knowledge of Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Working With Childrens Check.
