We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic venue coordinator to join our team in Adelaide. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and contributing to the success of our business.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a passion for people, a drive for fun, and a commitment to creating unforgettable experiences. You will lead by example, motivating your team to provide exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead with Energy: Be a hands-on, guest-focused leader who motivates your team to create unforgettable experiences.
  • Boost Revenue: Run amazing shifts, drive up and cross selling to enhance the guest experience and go the extra mile to wow our guests.
  • Create WOW Spaces: Transform our venue into the ultimate FUN destination.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1 year people management experience.
  • A valid RSA and Working with Children Check.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends.
  • An obsession with providing the best guest experiences.
  • Experience in driving revenues on shift.
