Front Office Guest Service Agent Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in a Front Office as a casual Guest Service Agent. As the ideal candidate, you'll have a robust background in a similar environment, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs.
  • Exhibiting exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of service under pressure.
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and enhanced guest satisfaction.
  • Maintaining a professional demeanor and presentation at all times, including impeccable grooming standards.
  • Answering telephones with appropriate etiquette, providing clear and helpful information.
  • Displaying strong attention to detail, especially when handling guest requests and performing tasks.

Requirements:

  • A robust background in a similar environment.
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Experience with Opera Property Management System (PMS) is highly regarded.
  • A current New South Wales driver's license is required.
  • The legal right to work in Australia, as sponsorship is not available.
  • A willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
