- Anticipate and meet guest needs, record preferences, and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact, assisting with various requests and providing expert recommendations.
- Maintain a professional appearance and embody the brand's values.
- Stay informed about daily events and activities.
- Assist colleagues with tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to turn challenges into opportunities.
- Fluency in English (additional language skills an asset).
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Compliance with minimum age requirements.
