Workplace Relations, Employment and Safety Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workplace Relations, Employment and Safety Lawyer to join our Brisbane office. As a key member of our Workplace Relations, Employment and Safety (WRES) practice, you will work closely with our partners and clients to provide expert advice and representation in all aspects of workplace relations, employment, and safety.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to grow your career and work on a wide range of interesting and challenging matters. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including international and ASX 200 listed companies, leading universities, government, and private sector organisations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and representation in all aspects of workplace relations, employment, and safety
  • Work closely with our partners and clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Contribute to the development of our WRES practice and help shape the future of our team
  • Collaborate with other lawyers and professionals to deliver high-quality services to our clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience working on a range of employment and industrial relations matters
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
  • A strong sense of purpose and ambition, with a proactive approach to your work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • A high degree of initiative, dedication, and organisational ability, with a strong client and commercial focus
