Administrative Team Leader

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the smooth functioning of our administrative operations. As the primary point of contact, you will provide guidance, support, and leadership while maintaining efficient office systems and adherence to statutory requirements.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and can confidently manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the administrative team, setting goals, reviewing progress, and prioritising deadlines.
  • Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee and maintain company documentation and filing systems to ensure compliance.
  • Provide detailed reporting for job management and project support.
  • Develop management reports to assist with operational tasks.
  • Maintain internal controls and corporate governance.
  • Complete end-of-month duties, including exception reporting and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate routine facility maintenance and manage service providers.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Essential Criteria:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative leadership role.
  • At least 5 years' experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration (desirable).
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.
  • High-level organisational skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
