About the Role

  • We are seeking a Centre Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our centre, ensuring high standards of care, education, and compliance.

  • The successful candidate will lead and mentor their team to deliver exceptional programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS.

  • They will build strong relationships with families and foster a sense of community and trust.

  • The Centre Director will collaborate with directors to meet enrolment, occupancy, and quality goals.

  • They will manage staffing, budgets, and ensure all regulatory and WHS requirements are met.

What You'll Need

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved) is essential.

  • Experience in a leadership role within an early learning setting is required.

  • Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and A&R preparation is necessary.

  • Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates are mandatory.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills are crucial.
