We're a dynamic IT training provider driving digital innovation in the corporate landscape. Our Business Growth Ambassadors play a pivotal role in shaping our growth trajectory, fostering strategic relationships with key stakeholders and identifying opportunities for expansion.

  • They will establish initial contact with leads, generate interest in our solutions, and educate them on how our offerings can address their unique needs and pain points.
  • Our ambassadors will conduct thorough assessments of potential clients to determine their suitability, leveraging expertise to qualify leads based on their fit and potential value as customers.
  • By developing and nurturing these relationships, they will provide exceptional customer service, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and ensuring seamless communication and trust-building across diverse audiences.

Closely collaborating with our sales, marketing, and internal teams, they will align strategies, share insights, and optimize processes to enhance lead generation tactics and overall sales effectiveness.

Key qualifications for success in this role include a proven track record in sales or business development, preferably within the Tech & Education sector. A strong foundation in communication and interpersonal skills is also essential, enabling effective engagement with diverse stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, a results-driven mindset, and tech-savviness with proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools are crucial for navigating the fast-paced nature of this role.
