Just Digital People have again had the opportunity to partner up with a multi-brand jewellery group, based the Arts capital of Australia, Adelaide We are looking for an experienced and driven eCommerce Specialist to join the outfit and report directly to the General Manger of eCommerce and Digital.

**The Role**

As an eCommerce Specialist, you will be required to manage one particular store's eCommerce multi-brand website from the Adelaide office.
- You will be overseeing and fulfilling the running of day-to-day operations of the eCommerce website.
- Uploads and updates of products and product descriptions.
- Managing online operations across seven marketplaces.
- Working closely with the CRM Manager (Customer Relationship Management) to manage the acquisition and loyalty campaigns via Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok).
- Keep up to date with competitors and market trends. Use this data to identify SEO and content opportunities.
- Project managing campaign launches.

**About You**
- You will have experience across Shopify, confidence in website builds and maintenance through this particular CMS.
- Experience and clear understanding of Google and Facebook Ads and Google Analytics.
- 2+ years of eCommerce experience.
