**Your new company**

You will be joining a leading State Government Department that is committed to delivering high-quality services to the community. This department is currently undergoing a major digital transformation project and is looking for multiple Digital Experience Specialists with experience in UX/UI to join their team on a temporary basis immediately.

**Your new role**

As a Digital Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing user-centric digital solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the department's clients and stakeholders. You will work closely with other digital professionals, such as developers, analysts, and project managers, to ensure the delivery of user-friendly, accessible, and engaging digital products and services. You will also provide guidance and support on best practices and standards for UX/UI design across the department.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for this role, you will have:

- A relevant qualification in UX/UI design, digital media, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in designing and developing digital solutions using various tools and technologies, such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
- A strong demonstrated understanding of previously working with Matrix
- A strong portfolio of UX/UI design projects that showcase your skills and abilities
- A solid understanding of user research, user testing, usability, accessibility, and web analytics
- Ability to create positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- A current DHS Working With Children Check (WWCC)
