CRM & Loyalty Specialist
to join a pragmatic digital team. The role is operational and execution focused, with a clear line of sight to strategy and customer lifetime value.
About the role
Join a smart, outcome-focused team of 40 at an iconic, fast-moving brand. As CRM Specialist, you will manage the CRM system, develop and optimise campaigns, analyse customer data, and collaborate across teams to drive engagement and retention strategies that enhance overall customer satisfaction.
This is a practical, influential role where your work directly shapes the customer experience.
Reporting lines and collaboration
The CRM Specialist reports to the Head of Customer.
Day-to-day you will collaborate with marketing, design and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end CRM activity across D2C and B2B streams: strategy input, segmentation, campaign planning, execution and optimisation.
- Build and maintain automated email journeys and workflows: welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back and re-engagement programs.
- Deliver analytics and performance reporting: retention metrics, cohort analysis, campaign ROI and optimisation recommendations.
- Maintain CRM data health and integrations across the ecommerce tech stack.
- Create engaging, on-brand email content and support personalisation and product recommendation tactics.
- Run A/B tests and iterate on subject lines, creative, cadence and flows to improve open, click and conversion rates.
- Work with customer support to close the feedback loop and use insights to improve customer experience.

Klaviyo, Shopify, GA4, Profit Peak, Triple Whale, , Google Workspace (no need to know each software)
About you
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a CRM Specialist, digital marketing or customer engagement role.
- Demonstrated success in planning, executing, and optimising CRM campaigns
- Hands-on experience with CRM/email platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar.
- Comfortable working in Shopify or similar, and familiar with ecommerce integrations.
- Strong analytical skills: you can turn customer data into actionable segmentation and experiments.
- Excellent written communication and an eye for clear, engaging copy.
- Methodical, reliable, and enjoys bringing structure to busy systems.
- A collaborative team player who can also deliver independently.
- Interest in personal care, beauty, health or fitness is a bonus.
