Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the delivery of HR improvement projects from start to finish
  2. Review and update core HR documents including contracts, position descriptions, and recruitment tools
  3. Assist with compliance reporting and policy refreshes
  4. Help document and implement better processes across the employee lifecycle
  5. Prepare accurate and well-organised HR data for internal reporting

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–4 years' experience in a broad HR Generalist role, ideally in a medium to large organisation
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related area
  • Solid understanding of HR and IR legislation and award interpretation
