
HR Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to support the delivery of our organization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of HR improvement projects from start to finish
- Review and update core HR documents including contracts, position descriptions, and recruitment tools
- Assist with compliance reporting and policy refreshes
- Help document and implement better processes across the employee lifecycle
- Prepare accurate and well-organised HR data for internal reporting
What We're Looking For:
- 3–4 years' experience in a broad HR Generalist role, ideally in a medium to large organisation
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related area
- Solid understanding of HR and IR legislation and award interpretation
