Sales Growth Specialist

Brightcove is a leading SaaS company in the ANZ region, and we're looking for an exceptional professional to join our Sales team as a Business Development Representative.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales skills and expertise in generating, prospecting, and qualifying leads. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for feeding the sales pipeline by identifying and developing new sales leads to pass on to Account Executives and Sales Directors.
The ideal candidate will become an expert in lead generation, nurturing, and qualification, with a focus on inbound channels such as webinars, trials, seminars, and conferences.
Key Responsibilities:- Qualify and nurture sales leads generated through various inbound channels.
- Make initial sales contact to identify account decision-makers and understand their business needs.
- Identify high potential prospects and transition them to the appropriate sales representative.
- Partner with inside and field sales reps to develop a target list of accounts for penetration on a quarterly basis.
- Effectively utilize our lead management system and documentation processes.
- Maintain current knowledge of Brightcove's products and services.
- Achieve or exceed monthly individual metrics.
- Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using a CRM solution like Salesforce.com (preferred).
- Highly self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented, organized, and flexible.
- Ability to work in a team environment and individually.
- Positive attitude and desire to work in a rapid-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
