About the Role

We are seeking experienced dementia care professionals to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. If you are reliable, motivated and passionate about delivering person-centred care, we would love to hear from you.

Duties may include:

  • Assistance with daily living tasks in accordance with individual care plans
  • Medication administration as required
  • Support with wound dressing and management under supervision
  • Participation in activities and programs designed to promote engagement and stimulation

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in dementia care or a related field
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
