About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and process-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team in Melbourne, Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders in our ERP system, ensuring accurate prices, discounts, and product items.
  • Liaise with Sales Operations and logistics to track order and payment status, and update customers accordingly.
  • Build relationships with customers to achieve business outcomes.
  • Monitor customer credit facilities to ensure compliance with terms.
  • Respond to customer order queries.
  • Process and archive general documents.
  • Coordinate with HQ for order entry and processing.
  • Provide data, reports, and general back office support to the sales team.
  • Prepare shipping documents to assist business personnel in controlling shipments and handling import and export matters for distributors.
  • Support administrative tasks for marketing activities.
  • Provide communication support to the marketing team in HQ.

Requirements

  • Experience working in administrative support within an organization.
  • Experience working within a project organization or supporting projects within an organization.
  • High level of communication skills – on different levels within the company, with customers, and partners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel), CRM, and ERP applications.
  • Knowledge of administration and clerical processes.
  • Highly organized and process-oriented.
  • PV Solar experience – an advantage.
  • Able to work independently within deadlines.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Negotiation skills.
