We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Administration Officer to join our team at Woodforde Group. As a Sales and Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our Sales Team with administration and customer service tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Administration Support: Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, including responding to website notifications, processing customer orders, and effectively communicating orders to the warehouse team.
- Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent communication skills.
- Website Management: Manage website tracking and data entry, including updating customer information and processing orders.
- Freight Coordination: Coordinate freight and logistics, including managing shipping and receiving.
- General Administration: Perform general administrative duties, including report generation, data entry, and other tasks as required.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Excel and experience using Hubspot, Cin7, and Shopify.
