Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Administration Coordinator to provide operational support to our Sales teams. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Sales Site.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to our Sales teams, including daily sales support duties and partnering with the Senior sales support team.
- Be the face and heart of our business through your interactions with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure premium inventory levels are properly maintained and audited, and review weekly inventory reports.
- Be a key contact for the dynamic Sales Team by ensuring the accurate recording of information in relation to guest flow, booking numbers, and team details.
- Balance administrative duties with a focus on customer service and ensuring compliance with cash handling and transactions.
Requirements
- High level of energy and self-motivation.
- Strong customer service values and focus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications and knowledge of CRM systems.
- Must be available to work during the operational hours of the preview centre, public holidays, school holidays, and weekends.
