
Expanding Business Partnerships Manager

This is a dynamic business development and partnership role where you will take ownership of approximately 60 existing clients across NSW and the ACT, building deeper adoption and delivering stronger results. Importantly, 50% of your role will be focused on new business development— prospecting, pitching and bringing in new opportunities to expand our reach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow usage and meet revenue targets
- Increase adoption within existing accounts while actively securing new business
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Monitor account health, identify insights, and take proactive steps to drive engagement and retention
- Use consultative selling to match client needs with tailored solutions
- Lead product adoption and usage initiatives across your portfolio
- Challenge the status quo and identify smarter ways to deliver value
- Conduct disciplined 90-day account reviews to ensure continued value, training, and alignment
- Manage your sales pipeline with a strong focus on performance and accountability
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements
- Maintain accurate CRM records and use data to inform strategy and activity

You'll need a current NSW driver's license and your own car, as you'll be on the road visiting clients across the state. Some travel is required quarterly in managing your customers.
