We are working with a growing agency that delivers high-quality solutions for well-known brands and fast-scaling businesses.
They are seeking a commercially minded Growth & Partnerships Manager to accelerate revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and expand their partner network.
About the Role
This is a sales-led position with a focus on building new business, nurturing existing accounts, and leveraging strategic partnerships to drive long-term success.
Working closely with the leadership team, you'll develop and execute growth strategies that combine outbound sales initiatives, partnership development, and account expansion.
What You'll Be Doing
Generate new opportunities through proactive outreach and business development campaigns.
Build strong partnerships with technology and channel providers, driving qualified referrals and joint initiatives.
Identify ways to expand existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic client engagement.
Create tailored proposals, pitches, and sales materials that win new business.
Represent the agency at workshops, webinars, and partner-led events that drive brand visibility and pipeline growth.
Track and manage pipeline activity, providing accurate forecasting and revenue visibility to the leadership team.
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
At least 3 years in sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally in a services, creative, or digital environment.
A track record of securing new business and growing existing client revenue.
Experience working with partners, vendors, or alliances to generate commercial outcomes.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and present at senior levels.
Commercially savvy, with the ability to connect client needs to tailored solutions.
Highly organised, adaptable, and motivated by growth.
