Business Development Executive

The role of a Business Development Executive involves cultivating relationships with key industry stakeholders, driving revenue growth, and expanding the company's presence in targeted vertical markets.

This executive-level position requires a deep understanding of industry trends, technical expertise in Hikvision solutions, and exceptional interpersonal skills to establish strong partnerships with system integrators, security service providers, and end-users.

Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, promoting and presenting Hikvision's product suite, building strategic relationships, and managing sales pipelines.

Key qualifications for this role include a minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, strong technical knowledge of CCTV, Intercom, Alarm, Access Control, LED/Digital Signage, and VMS, and a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in CRM software and data-driven sales discipline.
