Requirements:

  • Degree in business, commerce, finance, or related field.
  • CA or CPA qualification.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a commercial analyst/management role, preferably in aged care/retirement living, or similar sectors.
  • Advanced communication skills to convey complex financial information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities for financial analysis, troubleshooting, and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Power Point).
  • Strong skills in financial modelling and analysis, identifying key metrics and trends.
  • Alignment with Baptist Care's Purpose, Vision & Values.
