About the Role

The Chief Commercial Officer is a key member of the management team, responsible for driving and overseeing the development and commercial strategies of EBR. Reporting to the Group Managing Director, the CCO will work closely with internal teams to introduce new business activities and create accountability within the organisation by developing appropriate metrics and coordinating compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Direction: Implementing strategic direction into operational departmental practice
  • Commercial Support: Providing contract and commercial support within defined delegations to assist the team in effectively managing new projects and future business activities
  • Commercial Analysis: Supporting customer cost and pricing analysis
  • Bid Support: Providing support on major bids
  • Commercialisation Strategy: Driving the development and execution of commercialisation strategy and deliver scale-out plans for new products and services based on customer and market need
  • Market Analysis: Analysing marketing programs and adjusting strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitoring competitor products, sales and marketing activities
  • Contract Management: Preparing contract amendments and change proposals
  • Leadership: Delivering strategic and operative leadership for the sales growth team in pursuit of the overall business goals whilst being heavily involved in the motivation, drive and development of talent within the organisation
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced commercial professional to join our team as Chief Commercial Officer. The ideal candidate will possess:

Requirements
  • Education: University degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related discipline
  • Experience: Experience in GIS and/or utilities industry
