Salary

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $65,000-$80,000 per annum, plus benefits.

About the Role

In this exciting role, you will assist a senior lawyer in a close-knit team with a diverse range of personal injury matters, including workers compensation, work injury damages, CTP/motor vehicle accidents, and civil liability in NSW and various other States/Territories. Key responsibilities include typing, preparation of court documents and correspondence, liaising with clients, doctors, solicitors, insurers, arranging appointments, preparing briefs, filing, and general administration.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced paralegal or secretary with at least 12 months of experience in personal injury legal secretarial/paralegal work. The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft Word skills, accurate typing speed of minimum 60+wpm, strong communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
