About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Compensation Claims Specialist to join our team in Sydney.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims involving individuals who have sustained serious injuries in motor accidents. Your goal will be to identify barriers and facilitate access to resources that support their recovery process.

This is a hybrid role that offers flexibility to work from home up to four days per week. To work from home, you will need a high-speed internet connection and a private home office setup.

About You

  • You will have 2-3+ years of experience in CTP or equivalent personal injury claims in the insurance industry, with expertise in independently managing complex injury claims.
  • You will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and resilience to manage challenging situations.
  • You will have great attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a drive for results-oriented outcomes.
  • You will be able to troubleshoot basic computer issues.
