Senior Commercial Analyst

We are seeking a commercially astute Senior Commercial Analyst to join our high-performing team.

  • Pricing Strategy and Execution: Own the pricing architecture, analyse pricing and discount structures, and support new product and channel launches.
  • Margin Optimisation: Identify margin leakage, build price elasticity models, and recommend actions to improve contribution margins.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Deliver insightful margin models, dashboards, and KPI reporting to guide commercial decisions.
  • Governance and Controls: Maintain pricing compliance, transparency, and robust audit trails.
  • Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders to align pricing execution with business strategy.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Merchandise, and Operations to ensure our pricing strategies deliver the right balance between volume and profitability. In this role, you will be responsible for unlocking margin opportunities, embedding pricing discipline, and enabling smarter commercial decisions.

About the Role

This is a senior level position that requires 8+ years of experience in a Commercial / Finance role with a strong focus on pricing and margin analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Retail, FMCG or Wholesale industries, with exceptional analytical, modelling, and problem-solving skills.

A successful candidate will possess excellent communication and influencing abilities, with a proven track record of shaping commercial outcomes. Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP/pricing systems are also essential.
