  • Direct Sourcing and Attraction: Identifying and attracting top talent through various methods, including job postings, market mapping, and search.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with senior stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
  • Assessment and Selection: Supporting clients in assessing and selecting candidates that align with our inclusion and diversity ethos.
  • Market Intelligence: Staying up-to-date with local and international employment market trends and resourcing practices.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • End-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in-house at a law firm or within professional services.
  • A strong understanding of best practice sourcing and recruitment methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • An ability to establish a professional profile and network externally and internally.
  • Fresh ideas and perspectives on recruitment strategies.
  • A desire to learn, grow, and mentor others.

We offer a competitive salary of AU$120,000 - AU$160,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, fully subsidised gym memberships, and access to an enhanced parental leave policy.
