Job Summary

This role requires a highly motivated individual with previous experience in recruiting high volume recruitment activities and end-to-end recruitment. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, partnering with Hiring Managers to deliver on recruitment objectives, and managing the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for project-based roles.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience with recruiting high volume recruitment activities and end-to-end recruitment;
  • An understanding of how to approach and communicate with a passive recruitment market or be keen to learn;
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise tasks;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a high level of customer service and partnering with Hiring Managers to deliver on recruitment objectives;
  • Weekly progress reporting of all roles to relevant internal stakeholders;
  • Arranging on-boarding for successful candidates, including arranging online training in conjunction with the Mobilisations team where appropriate;
  • Keeping up to date with market changes and identifying key target areas to attract candidates;
  • Utilising all available technologies to actively approach and communicate with the passive recruitment market;
  • Strong administration skills and able to handle multiple projects at once;
  • Creating job advertisements, screening, and shortlisting high-quality candidates for White Collar corporate and project roles;
  • Proactive use of all available sourcing channels, including but not limited to SEEK, LinkedIn, talent search, and referrals;
  • Ensuring all employees have a consistent and positive recruitment experience;
  • Engaging with internal stakeholders to identify requirements, skills, and qualifications required for each project;
  • Creating and maintaining talent pools.

We offer an estimated salary of around $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, location, and other factors.
