Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have recent experience in high-volume temporary healthcare recruitment, a clinical background ideally in nursing, and knowledge of nursing roles, healthcare operations, or clinical recruitment. You should also have strong communication and relationship-building skills, a data-driven orientation, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet placement targets.
Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience.
