Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at WorkSpace By CreativeCubes.Co. Key Responsibilities

  • Community Development: Build and maintain a strong community within the center, fostering positive relationships between clients and staff.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and hosting networking events, morning teas, and other community activities to promote a positive atmosphere.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including managing registers, access cards, and office keys.
  • Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication between staff members to deliver exceptional customer service.
