With a strong customer service background, you will have experience in delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to excellence. You will need to have the ability to work effectively both independently and as a strong and valuable part of the team, with opening and closing procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest experience in person and over the phone to existing and prospective members and guests
- Provide relevant and accurate information and an excellent experience to prospective members by handling enquiries in line with company processes and systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest information on our services and activities
- Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
