About the Role

We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex care needs, enabling them to achieve their goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex care needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and mobility
  • Support individuals to participate in activities and achieve their goals
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless support
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Cert III in Disability Services or 12 months experience
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • NDIS Orientation module (NDIS Quality Safety & You)
  • Working with Children Check (underage participants only)
  • Driver's Licence
  • Car Insurance
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Must be available for sleep over shifts
  • At least 1 year as a DSW in NDIS sector
  • Must have current CPR and First Aid and practice
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in acquired brain injury
  • Experience in mental health
  • Non-smokers only (essential due to participant triggers)
