Membership Growth and Merchandise Coordinator

This role offers the chance to be part of a dynamic team where you will be responsible for growing our membership base, boosting merchandise sales, and delivering unforgettable match day experiences.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, CRM systems, and POS. They will also be able to deliver under pressure on busy match days, possess excellent communication skills, and be approachable, proactive, and adaptable.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive membership growth through creative campaigns and great service.
- Coordinate merchandise design, stock, and sales (online & match day).
- Lead fan engagement and activations on game day.
- Manage reception as the first point of contact for members & supporters.
- Keep systems, stock, and reporting accurate and efficient.
- A people-person who can connect with members, fans, sponsors, and the wider community every day.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings when matches are played.
