West Adelaide Football Club (WAFC) is looking for a high-energy Membership, Match Day & Merchandise Coordinator to take charge of growing our membership base, boosting merchandise sales, and delivering unforgettable match day experiences.
This is your chance to be at the heart of one of the SANFL's most passionate clubs, connecting with members, fans, sponsors, and the wider community every day.
What You'll DoDrive membership growth with creative campaigns and great service.
Coordinate merchandise design, stock, and sales (online & match day).
Lead fan engagement and activations on game day.
Manage reception as the first point of contact for members & supporters.
Keep systems, stock, and reporting accurate and efficient.
What We're Looking ForExperience with sales, CRM systems, and POS.
Ability to deliver under pressure on busy match days.
A people-person who's approachable, proactive & adaptable.
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings when the Bloods play.
