We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Membership, Matchday and Merchandise Coordinator.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity will see you drive membership growth through innovative campaigns and exceptional service.
Main Responsibilities:- Membership Growth: Develop and execute creative strategies to boost engagement and grow our member base.
- Merchandise Management: Coordinate the design, inventory and sales of merchandise across online and match day platforms.
- Fan Engagement: Lead fan engagement and activations on game days to create unforgettable experiences.
- Reception Services: Manage reception as the primary point of contact for members, supporters and sponsors.
- Operations: Maintain accurate and efficient systems, stock and reporting.
- Proven experience in sales, CRM systems and POS software.
- Ability to perform under pressure during busy match days.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings when required.
