We are a leading fitness organisation in Australia, committed to helping people achieve their goals.
The OpportunityA Team Lead is required to oversee front desk operations and lead a team of consultants to maximise membership growth and create a positive member experience. They will set service standards, mentor their team, and assist with sales training.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage workflow to meet sales targets
- Achieve individual sales targets to contribute to the team's success
- Create a structure for daily performance criteria
- Support initiatives to drive membership growth
You will have proven sales and customer service experience, an understanding of the sales cycle, and experience managing and mentoring a team. You must be able to motivate others towards a goal and have basic computer skills.
