Job Title: Membership Growth Specialist

Job Description:

As a Membership Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base for our health clubs. You will be the first point of contact for prospective members and inspire them to begin their wellness journey with us.

The role is highly varied and has two clear goals - achieving membership growth through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for contributing to club sales budgets, generating high-quality sales leads, and achieving successful outcomes to enquiries. You will also provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members, create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions, and actively participate in member retention programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
- Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
- The ability to solve problems, and overcome obstacles
- Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others
- Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
- Customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
