Job Overview:
This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and industry knowledge to drive business growth in the port machinery sector. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to expand our client's customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive growth.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Promote our client's products and services through industry-specific events and conferences.
- Provide accurate sales reports and forecasts to inform business decisions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the port machinery department.
Requirements:
- Relevant educational qualifications in business, sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in selling telehandlers or material handlers.
- Strong knowledge of port machinery and related products.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- A drive for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
